Scored a pair of Rise Bowl tickets in today’s ticket release after getting shutout last week. Sco Ducks!

Problem is so few tickets held back for schools to sell. Rose bowl tickets went on sale to general public Wednesday, August 28, at 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET, snapped up by scalpers. So, I doubt that it was Duck faithful who got first shot this past Wednesday buying up and dumping tickets. I’ve been fine paying a premium when buying from a season ticket holder (Ducks, Seahawks). I just don’t want to reward professional scalpers.

I entered the ticket queue at 12:30, had around 850 people ahead of me, 20 or so minutes later my turn came and there were no tickets to be had for Rose Bowl. Cancel our flights and hotel. Disappointing and a complete waste of of time. (And No, I will not support ticket scalpers)
