The NCAA Rules Committee has proposed new rules. Some make sense, but this one takes the cake. The Committee proposed a 2-minute warning near the end of each Half similar to that in the NFL. This means longer games and space for the networks to sell more ads. Going into the 2022 season you may recall efforts to shorten games by speeding some aspects up. Now the Committee reverses its course taking an action the will add six minutes or more to games. This reeks of further network influences, and the results will not streamline games or add to the football product.
