Legion No. 1 Share Posted November 6, 2023 I have a question regarding the substitution patterns at the end of the game regarding the receivers. When Ty strolled in the game during the 4th quarter, I saw the back up running back and reserved linemen get some snaps. Despite the backs-ups getting some reps at those positions, the starting receivers -for the most part -remained on the field (Kasper did get in, but Holden and Bryant were still on the field with Ty). Why? Is the coaching staff evaluating Ty's growth? Wouldn't that have been the prefect time to run in the reserves and throw them a bone? Where are/were the touted recruits in Dickey or Cozart? Have they played their limit to ensure redshirt options? And what on earth has happened to Delgado and Hutson? Their names still appear on the roster, but the staff doesn't think too highly of them. Just curious if anyone can shed some light on the odd rotations, or lack thereof, at receiver. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
