If they go to Colorado, it is genuinely that they are in awe of Prime, just in it for the money, or they don't have a drive to compete and like the idea of playing soon or being a bish fish in a small pond. But, 1 or 2 lineman won't cut it for O line and the weaker parts will get abused. Linemen in particular struggle even as #1 ranked kids, that is a position that WILL be learned on the job and developed. Many have come in as 3 star and played much better than 5 star that were behind them on the depth charts.

 

The gap between 5 star and 3 star isn't nearly as big of a deal if the technique is the main difference. Size and technique can be equal in a year or 2.
