Though the transfer portal is still open in certain spots, and the coaching carousel continues to churn for a handful of programs, we are starting to get a better sense of where the power lies going into the 2024 season as rosters are taking shape. Moore is in Eugene to back up DG and learn the position. An AZ B12 QB is going to win the Heisman? I think Rising could have a better shot. Are there odds on any of these guys? The B12 guy with a chance is perhaps OK St RB Gordan. I think it will be Beck, Milroe, Ewers, Jaxson Dart from the SEC. Gabriel, or the best B1G QB. Howard playing at tOSU has a shot.
