So former Miami HC Manny Diaz was hired at fellow ACC school Duke?  Oh, this will be fun...

Duke University formally announced Manny Diaz as the next head coach of the football program in a press conference at KD and Sarah Lynn Kennedy Field at Pascal Field House on Saturday...

Manny, son of a mayor of Miami, had Miami headed in the right direction. He did a great job with the Penn State D turning it into one of the best in the nation.

Recruit like Mario. No. But IMO he is far better game day coach. It will be interesting to see if Manny can follow the success of Elko, a former All Ivy League CB at Penn and returning to A+M where he was the DC, at Duke.

Thanks for the post.

Off the wall coaching thought. If Chip is fired it will not be before his buy out goes down in about a week from now. How about Jedd Fisch to UCLA bringing QB Fifita and other stud AZ players along with. As broke as the UCLA athletic department is, AZ is worse off.

Miami transfer QB Van Dyke will likely be the starting QB for the Badgers when Oregon visits Madison.

Kid was the ACC Frosh of the Year at Miami and then went downhill when Mari(o) arrived.

Quarterback Tyler Van Dyke, a three-year starter for the Miami Hurricanes, is set to transfer to Wisconsin, he announced Tuesday.
