Arizona is a traditional Baseball power who has won national championships, one of which was when Coach Waz was there as an assistant. They had a losing record coming into this game, but it was a ton of one-run losses to nationally ranked foes. Deceiving to look at their record... Then I noted that their starting pitchers had ERAs at half that of ours. Not good... But RJ Gordon really broke out tonight with just one run given up over six innings, and then relievers kept it that way between Brock Moore, Bradley Mullan and Logan Mercado. Incredible! And with the relievers only going one inning each...they can pitch again tomorrow night! This puts Oregon at 5-2, and at the top of the Pac-12 for now...let's keep winning and hold it! Game on live-stream tomorrow at 2:05 PM Pacific. It will end about an hour before the basketball game begins--a good day!
