Puddles future play pal Purdue 72, Tennessee 66.

Final 4 - ACC Team, B1G Pudue, Big East UConn and SEC Alabama.

Keep it up Purdue. Michigan set the stage for the Pac-4 with a football Natty. Can Purdue do the same for the first B1G Tourney title since 2000?

On Saturday Down South they are, of course, blaming the loss on the officials. Purdue went 2-0 vs TN this season. Bummer for the Vols to have to play 2 games with corrupt officiating.

Zach Edey is in the middle of an NCAA Tournament performance for the ages after dominating in Purdue's Elite 8 victory.

Apparently Big 12 commissioner Brent Yormark will celebrate his "conference is the best in college basketball" by having a retreat for all the teams in Cancun?

LOL!

Final 4 ACC rep is NC State. Team has won 9 games in a row and defeated Duke twice in the process.

Can you win with transfers?  Yes, or no?

Here are the men's Final Four teams, with their top 5 average scorers this season, and where they came from:

Purdue:  4 of 5 started careers at Purdue

U Conn:  3 of 5 started careers at UConn

Alabama:  1 of 5 started career at Alabama

NC State:  0 of 5 started career at NC State

Every NC State top 5 scorer is a transfer from somewhere else.

Of Alabama's 4 from elsewhere, Aaron Estrada went from St. Peters to Oregon to Hofstra to Alabama.

Go East young man? Per Jon Wilner and KenPom this is the first tournament where no team west of the Mississippi River made the Elite 8.

Purdue is in the Final 4 for the first time since 1980. Bama is in the Final 4 for the first time ever. 3 P4 conferences made it to the Final 4, ACC, B1G and the SEC. The B12 with 8 teams in the mix flamed out. Not good for a conference without a Blue Chip Roster in football attempting to build its bona fides on its CBB programs. HDuck in an above comment captured the B12's plight perfectly.

Ilinois 23, UConn 23 before UConn went on a 30 point run! Purdue will have it's work cut out against 11 seed NC State and UConn if the 2 meet up in the champ game.

Notwithstanding many a brick being launched the Tourney to date has set a record for the number of viewers even with the West MIA.

I love that one of Bama's key contributors is from North Dakota and transferred to Bama from North Dakota State. Kind of young to be a Snow Bird, no?

Estrada has to be right up there in Frequent Transfer Points.

Just two games? Basketball, both college and pro is a farce due to corrupt officiating. The sheer number of recent games whose outcomes have been determined by refs is staggering. Big Basketball is a joke.

Hats off to Caitlin Clark, 41 points. and her Iowa Hawkeyes for defeating LSU and moving on to the Final 4. Will they be joined by close to being B1G USC playing UConn now in Portland.

Loved Darren's April Fools Day joke. How about the Portland court having 2 different in distance 3 point lines; no joke.

Caitlin, 1 point better than Purdue's Edey.
