The college football offseason is an exciting time where teams, coaches, and fans can reflect on the previous year, and plan ahead for their upcoming ties. Fans will speculate about potential changes right up to the season kicking off on August 24th, and some might even want to place bets on their college’s chances. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible ...

My FishDuck Friends,

The article above is a pay-article to help take care of the bills, but it actually has some good information in it.  Dan Lanning is really improving our roster, and note the big drop-off from No. 4 on that list to the rest of the B1G!

The location of the SEO company that created

this article is in La Massana, Andorra  (wow!)

Now where is Andorra?

It is a tiny country located between France and Spain...of course!

(Wowsa, can you believe where all the backlink orders come from around the world?)

Thanks, Oregon Reigns for the article.

SP+ 2024 preseason SEC rankings. Unsurprisingly, the SEC is deeper and higher rated top to bottom than the B1G. Makes sense based on the SEC's recruiting and portal-picking rankings.

Oklahoma comes in 8th in the SEC and 15 nationally. How would you like to play this cruel and unusual schedule:

Dallas: Red River Rivalry vs Texas.

Home Games: Tennessee and Alabama.

Road Games: Auburn; Ole Miss; Missouri; and LSU.

And do the same in 2025 with only the Home and Road venues changing.

No problem....

What could possibly go wrong?

I'm shocked! SEC coaches believe that a 9-3 SEC team should be in the 12-team playoff field! A 9-3 Oklahoma, perhaps. A 9+3 Missouri with the 66th easiest strength-of-schedule? How about, 'NO!'

The 13-person selection committee has seldom been under such scrutiny before a season started

As noted before, IMO more pressure will be on the Committee than the pressure faced with a 4-team field notwithstanding last season's FSU snubbing.

Dennis Dodd, are you aware that you are no longer broadcasting SEC games at CBS?

Tony Petitti, why do we always hear from SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey and crickets from you, Sir? How about doing more for the B1G Bloody Pulpit?
