Coming June 25 I like when Phil Knight said "anytime you want to be successful, you have to have the courage to fail. You have to be unafraid." Phil Knight got into putting his efforts into helping when Oregon went to the Rose bowl and back to back Cotton bowls, Phil Knight ask "what do we need to do, what we need to take it to the next level." Also in the video it was said "We can either be like Oregon, or no way in hell we are going to be like that Oregon team." Great stuff.
