cartm25 No. 1 Share Posted September 4 (edited) In my mind, Josh Pate is one of the most reasonable, level-headed sports talk guys out there. He’s been HIGH on the Ducks. Hear his take on the game: Edited September 4 by cartm25
Desert Duck No. 2 Share Posted September 4 He has a very good take. Either our O-line does a quick 180° turn come Saturday, or we're in a heap of trouble.
OregonDucks No. 3 Share Posted September 4 I share his concern. It could be a long season if Oregon can’t get the offensive line issues fixed quickly (see Colorado last year). I’m looking forward to Charles’ article on Friday and to learn whether he believes it can be a quick fix.
cartm25 Author No. 4 Share Posted September 4 The OL issues are more alarming to me because of the duration of the problems. Generally there are occasional lapses throughout the game, but to be a clear problem for 4 quarters . . . yikes!

If they are unathletic, or all worn out from too much practice/exercise. Here's another thing to ponder. Idaho's DL didn't appear to wear down as the game went on. Some combination of their smaller size, conditioning, resting up, depth and our OL also wearing out as the game went on.

Seems like we'll only know with more games played / time. I'd be shocked if Oregon's elite strength/conditioning team didn't have them physically prepared to play a football game.
