That’s just one of the many downsides to conference realignment, where we get these lackluster matchups against someone like Maryland, whom Oregon had zero history against before, and not much reason to pick up the energy early on. Despite the lack of juice, the Ducks got the job done against Maryland in a rather monotonous manner, winning 39-18.
