December 9, 2024Dec 9 He was a 3-star recruit and so had some talent. My guess is that OSU did not offer chase a scholarship and Michigan did,. If so, the offer of a scholarship would prove to be immensely significant for the troll value of the commitment alone on hated rival Ohio State.
