Flag Football in The Olympics? Seriously?

Recommended Posts

Who knew, back in the 5th grade, before the first class. me and my buddies were prepping for a Gold Medal. Currently it's part of what the NFL came up with to replace the Pro Bowl. It will be part of the 2026 Olympics.

This makes more sense.

Who could forget the shining moment for Ballooning or Life Saving? Chess and Kite Flying also had their glorious appearances. The Olympics have a long history of the host country getting a shot with some sport that won’t last. This is actually on brand and imo is at least an actual sport.

BTW I believe FF is part of the 2028 summer games.

2028 LA just around the corner!

After 3 on 3 basketball, it seems logical...

Why not just play 7 on 7 football and keep score for the Olympics? The action is likely to be more wide open and exciting than flag football and no one ever seems to get hurt if you've ever watched those "games".
