Washington defeats NC State 3-2, in OT, to win the 2025-26 Men's NCAA championship.

UW played and won four PO games on the road against higher seeded opponents and defeated NC State in Cary, NC to win the the title.

That is the first men’s championship in any sport Washington has won in over 130 years of competing. And it takes away my favorite declaration of, “they don’t make championship caliber men in Seattle!”
