And he has won before! VegasDuck!

The final score was 23-0, and VegasDuck predicted 20-10, for a total of 13 points off. ArkieDuck (27-10) was close at 14 points off, as well as EagleScoutJim (21-13) at 15 points off, but VegasDuck comes through again!
