January 8, 20214 yr Author Moderator Fortunately, one thing Mario has done very well is hire new, and really good, additions to his staff. We saw a while ago that there are a lot of coaches for Mario to look at, and he might be somebody tat nobody knows. The Ducks did well with a guy from New Hampshire nobody knew.
January 8, 20214 yr I know MC will pick whoever is the best fit... but personally I don't know if I want to see an inside hire or an outside hire. An inside hire would mean that the system may be tweaked but not drastically changed... but an outside hire would bring in new blood and potentially something better.
