I would never tell my boss or anyone I work with that I was looking for a new job before I landed it, no good can come from telling people.

I dont blame him -moving to the SEC was/is a bad move for OK as far as future wins go.

I thought a competitive coach would want to be in the SEC. Playing against the best.  Guess not.

I think he will have tough time even in the PAC to be undefeated.
