30Duck Author No. 4 Share Posted November 30, 2021 This is the biggest overhaul that Altman has had to undertake at Oregon. Richardson was supposed to be the leader, again picked on the 1st team before the season, but his own game needs work before he's the point guard the Ducks need. A lot of new players is tricky. But with Altman's system, not only do the new players have to come together, Altman's teams also all have to "buy In". That is what has Altman's teams peaking in February and March.
