I cannot imagine him not going to the NFL Draft, as I am not sure what another year will do for him.  His performance in the Ohio State game alone shouted that he was ready, but below is a good summary of what he said last night.

Yeah, he can go now. But, a year in Lanning's defense won't move him down, and could jump him up to the 2nd round.
