May 3, 20223 yr The former Washington State kicker Andrew Boyle is still listed as a transfer to Oregon and could serve as a backup punter. No idea why he wasn't here for spring ball but his Twitter account states he is a kicker for the Oregon. Also the Oregon football twitter account claimed he signed in February.
