Punter Will Hutchinson, a walk-on who handled all of the punts during UO’s spring game, announced his intent to enter the transfer portal.

 

I can see him returning 

If he does leave, with the uncertainly around Tom Snee "not being with the team," what options do the Ducks realistically have?

The former Washington State kicker Andrew Boyle is still listed as a transfer to Oregon and could serve as a backup punter.  No idea why he wasn't here for spring ball but his Twitter account states he is a kicker for the Oregon.  Also the Oregon football twitter account claimed he signed in February.
