May 24, 20223 yr I wonder if NIL is available to walk-ons? Now that we have 4 specialists on the roster, presumably 5 with the long snapper, it would make sense to use NIL funds to pay them enough to remain walk-ons, freeing up those 5 schollies for other players. If allowed....presuming someone is actually enforcing any kind of rules at all.
