It's great to see the Chargers recognized, but will they be able to stop the offenses of the other team's next season? Drake Moderator No. 3 Share Posted May 28, 2022 HC Brandon Staley’s background is defense. I suspect that with a few more personnel changes they will become a better defense. Their defense does very poorly against the run. They are decent in pass coverage. They also have Mike Williams and some solid young receivers to accompany the “triplets”.
