May 28, 20223 yr Moderator HC Brandon Staley’s background is defense. I suspect that with a few more personnel changes they will become a better defense. Their defense does very poorly against the run. They are decent in pass coverage. They also have Mike Williams and some solid young receivers to accompany the “triplets”. Herbert has a lot of targets available to him when he drops back to pass. Herbert is definitely the main ingredient of the triplets.
