so sad

Tragic, is all I can say. It does speak to the story behind all our student athletes, most of the time, we have no idea about. What an amazing young man, and such a sad ending. Hopefully the team can rally around, and play with a purpose for Spencer's life. Great reporting and writing by Canzano, and gives us much to ponder as we go through our day today.

I wish I was half the man it sounds like Spencer was on his way to becoming! The Football Program and Athletic Department helps develop so many amazing young people. I suppose that is one thing this highlights, on the positive side.

Seems like Spencer Webb was a 5-star human being who would have gone on to accomplish great things, a tragic loss.

Canzano brought lot of Webb's back story many Duck fans probably didn't know, it's a powerful article.
