Win a title and get paid.  However, I don't think any coach should have a contract longer than 4 years.  They can keep renewing it, but it is just silly to have such a long contract.  Especially, when they pretty much redo them before they are complete any way.

I agree, if UGA didn’t make him the highest paid coach, there are others that certainly would be offering to.
