Manning had position on his man, and even had his eyes turned looking for the ball. Yet pass interference was called! Pass defenders should not be penalized for the refs lack of understanding modern football.

September 18, 20222 yr I’m really tired of the mediocre quality of the PAC 12 football officiating. Neither of the pass interference calls against the Ducks in the second half should have been called, and it looked to me from looking at the replay several times that Bo actually DID have the first down he risked life and limb to get. It was certainly too close to reverse the decision made on the field.
September 18, 20222 yr Pac12 officiating has been historically bad - especially AGAINST the Ducks, even at home. They're not even consistent from half to half. Just garbage
