He gets tossed softballs and deflects on questions that hit too close to home. Over the next 2 years I want to see his recruiting class results, player and coach retention year over year, and player development, along with in-game management and adjustments. Let me know if he actually adds any value while hitting softballs...maybe I'll watch.
