It uses 247Sports rankings, (of which are flawed over the longer term, IMHO) but it still has Oregon in a good place.  Interesting to see the other comparisons too...

I am impressed with UCLA. USC has to practically UN-recruit to not do well. But UCLA football doesn't have any juice locally. Chip has to have become more interested in the recruiting process for UCLA to have that ranking. We'll see how Washington does in the Lake era, and for now OSU is doing what it can, and using the transfer portal.

...and doing very well in it. I am surprised at how many former 4* they are getting the last couple of years.
