We had a hard time slowing them down," said Oregon head basketball coach Dana Altman. Oregon won last season's meeting 71-65, with senior guard Will Richardson having a game-high 17 points and five assists in the victory. Riverside returns three starters from last year's squad, including senior guard Zyon Pullin. Pullin averages a team-high 19.3 points per game, 4.6 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. He shoots an impressive 60 percent on 3-pointers this season while also shooting above 50 percent from the field. Oregon held Riverside to below 30 percent shooting from the field in the second half, and the Ducks won 71-65. The Ducks didn't make life easy on themselves down the stretch. Oregon committed a turnover with 33 seconds to play, and Riverside made another basket to cut the Duck lead to just three with 23 seconds to play. GeotechDuck No. 31 Share Posted December 15, 2022 Oregon is still in a decent position if they can get healthy by conference play. They do not have a Q3 or Q4 loss. Just going to need to pick up a couple wins from the group of UCLA, AZ, Utah, and ASU and take care of business against the other schools. Hopefully they can get healthy and go on a run.
