Pennsylvania Duck Moderator No. 1 Share Posted December 30, 2022 The Ducks have won 11 bowl games in the 21st century, some more important than others. So where does the 28-27 win over North Carolina in the Holiday Bowl rank among those? Let’s take a look as most of us would remember these games well. Do you agree or would you have them in a different order? Oregon Football: Ranking Ducks’ bowl game wins in 21st century DUCKSWIRE.USATODAY.COM Oregon’s 28-27 win over North Carolina was thrilling. EastBayDuckDad Moderator No. 2 Share Posted December 30, 2022 One can have issues with the ranking of each win, but overall a fun read. One correction, though. If I'm not in error, wasn't it Michael Clay that corralled the fumble in the 2012 RB that sent the Chipster airborne? Kiko got a clutch pick late against Russell Wilson. noDucknewby No. 3 Share Posted December 30, 2022 (edited) Fun read, but can't say I agree with 1-4. MM and Company's Rose Bowl butt-whooping of FSU in the first ever CFP would be #1 for me. The Fiesta Bowl win against Colorado gave us our highest ranking ever at the time and catapulted the Ducks into the upper echelon of college football, that would be my #2. The 2011 Rose Bowl win breaks the long drought, big moment in Duck football at #3. Herbert and Breeze, two homegrown Oregon boys win offensive and defensive MVPs in the 2019 Rose Bowl would #4 for me.
