Look...the highlights are more than I can write, and frankly--this team needed this kind of game for confidence at the plate.  Good gosh it is great to see Kenyon Yovan homer in back-to-back games?  He is back, baby!  And boy will we need him for conference play...and while that Oregon native did well, Aaron Zavala (Salem) homered again!  Heck we had true freshman RJ Gordon getting experience pitching at the end!

Won the series on a No. 15 team?  Wow! (Calm down Charles...)

Another Oregon runner is about to cross home plate....

The bats and balls Ducks are both off to great starts this season, a come from behind thriller for the win in the first game, and a beat down of No. 15 in the second.

Yovan with 3 homers today and a ton of RBI's. If Gabe can get heated up this line up could cause a lot of sleepless nights for Pac-12 pitchers this season. Right now they are a bit Jekyl and Hyde though. Poor Scanlon was sitting on doughnuts for the season till he got a base knock today, but seems he may have some competition pushing from behind him in the freshmen.

Pitching looked pretty good today too.

Sure looked like nice pleasant weather down there in Goleta. As someone who loves surfing that is one of my favorite areas to visit.

Ducks up 3-1 in the 7th for this final game of the series.
