  1. Oregon is so close to already being a dynasty. '07, Dixon stays upright. Auburn? That close. What if Stanford and Nelson don't have the drops against thee ohio state? Maddening! Next year might be a bit early to clear away space for the championship trophy, but maybe not?
  2. It is fun to pick the best of this batch: OC. DC? Both are crucial. Could go out of the box and give Malchow the No.1.
  3. Jay Bilas likes the Ducks. We saw them early in the season in the Maui Invitational and wondered, how are they going to win a game. Now, it's are they going to lose a game? It's Dana Altman.
  4. It was a complete team effort for the Ducks last night, Parrish and Scheer were both very active on both ends of the court. The Beavers took the early lead, but then the Ducks went on a 16-2 run. For the rest of the game, Oregon would build a lead, and look like they were ready to blow the Beavers out, but OSU would scrap and get back into it. Finally, the Ducks put on a run and clinched the win.
  5. Let's hope we can really enjoy that after a Ducks beat the Beavers.
  6. Ducks were ready to blow the Beavers away in the middle of the 3rd quarter, instead, the Beaves go on a 15-2 run, and finish the quarter up, 52-51.
  7. That's a nice 28-3, 3-0 start for the Softball team.
  8. Beavers start up 5-0, a 16-2 run makes it 16-7 Ducks, timeout Beavers.
  9. Arizona at ASU is running long, game is starting on Pac-12 Oregon
  10. Williams is also a Lunar Landing with his shots, but last night, he was 0-1. Up to now Oregon won with the 3, but against Stanford, they were, 7-22, 31.8% But they won, a good sign.
  11. What got to annoy me the most was that "physicality, toughness" was the only objective, and the only answer when Oregon lost was to "work harder." During the bye week, nothing was worked on, or adjusted. After the first loss to Utah, it did not appear that Oregon worked harder prior to or during the championship game.
  12. I'm sticking with Joe "Cool" Burrow. The Bengals shouldn't have won any of their Playoff games based on match-ups, yet here they are. Bengals down, 35-34, 3rd and 8, 2 minute warning. Come back, get 12 yards, Work the clock, down the field, another first down, oh, oh a sack on 3rd down. Line up for a 48 yard field goal, :03 on the clock, the ball is snapped, the clock is 0:00, it's good. Bengals win!!! Bengals 37-35 246, 180, 2, 4
  13. For now, Oregon Men's team has the tie- breaker over UCLA.
  14. Oh my, she could be another Nikki Udria. I didn't think it was possible for the Ducks to come up with another shortstop as talented as Udria, and this is only the first game, but a very impressive debut.
  15. This was a very encouraging sign from last night. Dante got the ball early and was effective with it. Richardson can't hit a shot in the first half, has 0 points, and the Ducks are ahead at halftime; and also good was that despite his shot being off, Richardson stayed active, and found his shot at the end of the game.
  16. It's Rivalry Weekend for Pac-12 Women's basketball, tonight the Ducks are in Corvallis, on Sunday, before the Super Bowl, the game is at the MATT.
  17. There is no doubt that over the past, not even few years, that Stanford has been the thorn in the Ducks paw. Much more than Washington, who actually has provided high entertainment for Oregon fans. So last night again was a pleasure to watch.
