Well, you can assert your strong opinion, and I will assert mine backed by factual evidence. First of all, Ajani Cornelius was brought in as a transfer from Rhode Island last year, and started all season at offensive right tackle for us, and did a fantastic job. Two other offensive line transfers were brought in from East Carolina and Texas, but played sparingly or none due to injuries. They were brought in with the intention of plug-and-play… Second, Dan Lanning has been absolutely stellar in his portal transfer successes, so I would rate it as a low probability of a transfer not working out, considering Dano’s track record thus far.

From his Instagram, safety Corey Ellington is currently on a visit to Oregon as well. The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder started in seven games last season for Mississippi State. He recorded 66 tackles last season for the Bulldogs.

Your original post confidently asserted that the departing 10 PAC-12 teams will get what is coming to them. You did not cite any source, but gave the impression that it was a fact, a done deal. Now you are backtracking into what you feel, and other legal experts who feel that we will be treated fairly. Again, these are all just opinions, yours, theirs,… and mine. I’m not trying to pick on you, as you are a great poster here, but in the end, we are all just stating our opinions. I do not think the remaining two schools are going to play nice, now that they are in a strong legal position. And yet, they have been valued in the marketplace, as not worthy of being a Power-5 member, since all of the P-5 conferences have rejected them. Their actual value is that of a Mountain West team. Thus they have been overvalued, and overpaid for decades. They should be grateful for the umpteen millions that they have been paid and not deserving of. Instead, they are trying to stick it to us, and our Athletic Director in turn helps them to the tune of millions of dollars with scheduling them? I can’t make this stuff up, for how stupid it is. If everything turns out fine later, and we are given a fair share after expenses and liabilities, then I will publicly acknowledge that true equity was delivered to Oregon. But color me skeptical at the least, while trying to withhold my roaring laughter at how plausible the probability is of that becoming true.

I do not believe those decisions have been made yet, and their blustering gave us all the impression that they intend to use our monies for their uses with the new conference they create in terms of paying for exit fees of schools, etc. Perhaps you are giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I will not. They have made it very clear that if they can screw us out of what we deserve--they will.

My Duck-Buddies, I like having a string of YouTube music videos on in the background when I'm looking for pictures for FishDuck.com articles, and this one below from 15 years ago made me think of us as Oregon fans. Michigan could fall out of the race if J.J. enters the draft in January or if Harbaugh leaves for the NFL (which is very possible if he does not extend his contract by Dec 31). Nakos wouldn't be surprised if he committed this weekend. The Ducks are crushing it in the portal. """ Michigan made contact with former five-star recruit and UCLA signal-caller Dante Moore, who has three years of eligibility remaining. U-M was listed as one of the contenders immediately following his transfer portal entrance, but Oregon is really the only team that has had any buzz in the recruitment as of late. He arrived Thursday for his visit to Eugene, where he was once committed as a prep prospect, per On3’s Pete Nakos. Moore started five games for the Bruins last season, having an up-and-down season like many freshmen. On December 1, 2021.... Sources close to the OU Athletic Department report that they plan to hire Dan Lanning (Georgia's DC) to fill their Head Coaching Position. Announcements will be made Sunday with a Press Conference to follow on Monday 12/6. Had he already said yes? Or not received an official offer? Nobody knows.

Sooner fans are displeased enough about Dillon Gabriel leaving, but to lose offensive lineman Cayden Green to the portal--who is now visiting the Ducks and Oregon is now considered the leader?
