  1. Good stuff. Thanks for sharing. I will just add that Dante Moore with a 5" (or so) height advantage over Dillon Gabriel makes these throws a little easier (assuming he makes the right read). Go Ducks!!!
  2. Ducks! 37-27 2 PSU TOs 3 OBD sacks 352 OBD passing yards.
  3. One side of the helmet has OBD's "normal" wings and in a tribute to Bowerman/Knight, the other side of the helmet had wings patterned after Nike, the goddess of victory.
  4. Charles, Back pain is no joke. I feel for you and am sorry you are going to miss the game. Hopefully a Duck victory will help ease the pain a little. I won't be at the 2025 game either (for other reasons) but will see you at Beaver Stadium in 2028!
  5. We love new young Duck fans! Depending on traffic, it will take at least 2 and maybe 3 hours to get to Autzen Stadium from Portland on a game day. Unfortunately, and much to my dismay, I am not aware of any Park and Ride options. Also, parking will be a challenge for late arrival. There is a shuttle in Eugene to the stadium you may want to consider if you are able to make the game. https://goducks.com/sports/2011/6/21/205174790#shuttles About 2.5 hours before the game, the entire Duck team participates in the "March to Victory" from the Moshofsky Center (open to all ticket holders and next to Autzen). Your son would be able to see all of the Ducks, but not necessarily meet them. Immediately after the game, you could line up outisde the tunnel and watch the Duck players leave the Stadium. After the game, fans are allowed onto the field (after the players have cleared) for about 20 minutes or so. When my boys were that age, we loved throwing the football around and pretending to be Ducks. Go Ducks!!!
  6. Ducks! 63-13 3 TO 5 sacks 273 passing yards
  7. I like the idea of embarrassing the Beavers. But unlike you, I’m excited to go to the game! I’ll take your tickets. After 20+ years of season tickets, I am only able to go to a couple of games a year and as a graybeard, who has followed the Ducks for more than 5 decades, the Civil War still means something to me! Time to take care of the Rodents!
  8. Now Harris is doing his thing
  9. Wasn’t it Jordan Davison who carried the ball for the 1st down? I don’t think Harris has played yet.
  10. Ducks! 45-6 2 Wildcat TOs 5 Duck sacks 291 passing yds
  11. I'm not going to tell you that I know for sure. But as a former collegiate (Div 3) footballer, I think so. I believe that OBD have instructed the LBs to line up wider (more over the tackles) and have the third safety 6-7 yds deep in the middle. I believe this formation helps creates confusion with the OL on who to block. The OL are often taught to look for the LBS and the safety (who is a little farther from the LOS than most OL are comfortable) is then free to attach the LOS and make a tackle in run support. My $0.02. Your mileage may vary.
  12. I'm in favor of yellow pants, yellow jerseys and green helmet. But what do I know? I can barely dress myself and I wouldn't care if the Ducks wore burlap sacks, as long as they win!
  13. Charles, I agreed with you and I ‘m as pleasantly surprised as you are.
  14. Novosad was listed as “questionable” on the injury report. I believe he is still QB2.
  15. Ducks! 37-10 1 TO by OSU 5 sacks by UO 273 passing yards
