I'm even more excited for the coming baseball season after reading this article. Thank you NJDuck! To got further than last season, our Diamond Ducks pitching staff will need an Earned Run Average(ERA) improvement on the mound. The hurling staff will need to challenge opposing batters over the coming season yielding an ERA of less than 4.25 (4.73 last season). Unrealistic? That team ~30 miles to the north had a 2022 season ERA of 4.19. I think the hitting and fielding are competitive based on last seasons statistics.

I wish there were a magic wand to determine which posts are over the line. Moderators are looking at each post and refer to Charles those that are questionable. Some members are leaving when they have been moderated and there in lies the rub. I sometimes wonder if it would be better to just delete the gray area posts and not send a warning email. Similarly, those that quote an offending post could just have the quote portion removed. I really don't like to see criticism of current players or coaches that cannot be specific in nature.
