Kalen DeBoer welcomes revenue sharing, says having 'a more balanced playing field' will help Alabama Full Quote: “The regulation is really important to the game itself,” the 50-year-old Alabama head coach told On3. “That regulation where we’re all on an even playing field from the revenue-sharing standpoint helps us, just because now it comes down to what is important in recruiting, and that’s relationships and sharing your vision. “People that want to be aligned with your vision, and then come to a place like Alabama that has the resources, the tradition. The regulation and having a more balanced playing field helps our situation. It allows us to get where it was at one point just a few years back. Where recruiting is real recruiting, not just someone who’s gonna put in the highest bid.” NIL was an area where Alabama notably struggled, despite its considerable financial resources. After enjoying more than a decade of straight-forward recruiting under Nick Saban — "Hey, do you want to come compete for a national championship every year while developing in the sport's top NFL pipeline?" — the Tide were caught relatively flat-footed by the NIL shift in the head coach's later years. Kalen DeBoer welcomes revenue sharing, says having 'a more balanced playing field' will help Alabama SPORTS.YAHOO.COM In other words, the Alabama head coach would really like it if the system would passively benefit Alabama again.

Buying Football Tickets: 2025 Penn State Game Attendees
As DrJacksPlaidPants stated above Penn Sate is going through a renovation on the West side of the stadium. So any sections mentioned above starting with a "W" in front of the three letters is the upper West side seating of the stadium. The upper seating will be removed, but they will build temporary seating in its place to accommodate the fans. Below is a section of the article DrJacksPlaidPants posted. "Penn State brought down the press box and removed the upper seating deck on Beaver Stadium's West side this winter, part of the venue's massive overhaul that will impact the 2025 and 2026 seasons. Penn State will build about 7,900 temporary seats on the stadium's West side for 2025 and then build a new tower highlighted by club seating and suites. Kraft said that Penn State has contracted with the same company that builds stadium seating for the WM Phoenix Open golf tournament's famous 16th hole amphitheater. He also compared Beaver Stadium's interim West side look to the temporary stadium Northwestern operated last season during the construction of a new Ryan Field. "Honestly I think the [fans in the temporary] seating may have a better seat than they had [before] in the old West side," Kraft said. "Perhaps most notably, Kraft said that Beaver Stadium will be "really, really close" to its full capacity of 106,572 fans for the 2025 Penn State football season while major renovations continue."

Oregon Lawmaker Files Bill to Amend State NIL Law, Take Aim at Key House Settlement Terms
As the House v. NCAA approval hearing looms, an Oregon lawmaker filed a bill taking aim at one of the key terms. The filing would amend the state’s current NIL law. State Rep. John Lively (D) filed H.B. 3694 Tuesday, which would prohibit the NCAA or any other governing organization from requiring college athletes to disclose their earnings. Under the House settlement, third-party NIL deals worth more than $600 would need to be approved by a clearinghouse that will vet contracts.
