Jon Joseph Author Moderator No. 3 Share Posted May 23 Lots of details are still to be worked out regarding Title IX, the effect on G5 athletic departments that gross $40M or less every season, roster reductions for football, the hit to nonrevenue sports, will athletes receiving payments be 'employees,' if the athletes are employees will a union be formed to resolve such matters as unrestricted transfers and what will college sports 'management consist of, and whether Congress will provide relief from future antitrust and other litigation. Hats off to the Power 2 conferences and NCAA president Charlie Baker, for leading the way toward the settlement of House and two other attendant antitrust suits that could have bankrupted the NCAA.
