Ho Hum, Another Student Athlete Sues the NCAA

Recommended Posts

This time it is for "wage fixing" through scholarship limits and the Sherman Act.

Call me crazy, but even though baseball is "big" in the majors, it's still a money LOSING sport in college. It is still funded, like all other sports, by football and basketball. So more scholarships mean you're even more of a burden on the athletic department...

Does the House settlement make sense without a Congressional bar against future litigation?

Why not take the hit, BK the NCAA, and cram down the amount of the judgment?
