Part, of the proceeds goes to Division Street. Since the shoe is more about the team instead of one player, the proceeds can be disbursed as they see fit. Goat.com is a marketplace that sells new and used items and verifies authenticity. It is not part of Division street, therefore they probably charge a fee for each item sold.
