    I ran Lanning's quote through Google Translate and he said ,"He has a minor injury and although he probably could have gone back in, Noah was doing fine and we want to make sure Jordan is healthy going forward."

    Ducks Wire quoted Dan as saying they were monitoring and conscientious of, the number of James's carries this season. Lanning is well aware that this could be a 16 or 17-game season and you have to do what you can to keep players fresh. Especially a guy who relishes contact.

    This makes the most sense to me. Jordan is already creeping up on 1000 yards and will probably hit that in the next game or so.
