These guys run time trials on these types of runs. 

As someone who casually rode bikes, and motorcycles, I am amazed at the athletes in these sports.  You lose focus for one moment and life flight will be your next ride. 

 

Good gosh!  What a video, and man that looks dangerous-as-hell...so many ways it could go terribly wrong.

 

I thought you were referring to Bulls in Spain at first!

I just broke my wrist simply trying to ride a ridgeline road in Arizona on my dirt bike.

 

I can't imagine trying to ride that trail and jump those gaps. Skills and guts beyond a normal human's capabilities/desires.
