spartan2785 No. 2 Share Posted 9 hours ago Honestly surprised, felt like with Evans being a former 5 star, not being a starter most of the time, he would have gone to a place where he would be featured more. I'm happy to have him back, I like him as a player. He has a lot to work on though, his jumper, his ball handling, his playmaking. I think he's a good rebounder for his size, but he needs to become more skilled and stronger, hard thing to do.

I do too, and I think that his game will improve with more consistent minutes, stronger can be worked on during the offseason, skill can be refined, sharpened.

Signoramous No. 5 Share Posted 8 hours ago Evans is an essential piece of the puzzle. Playing next to Bittle again, improving his game, he can rack up a bunch of double-doubles. And his familiarity with Altman's system will be of great value on the court and in building team chemistry. I'm very happy.
sports fan No. 6 Share Posted 8 hours ago This is great news! Up until his decision, I thought it would be 50-50 that he would return. With forwards Supreme Cook and Brandon Angel graduating and Mookie Cook transferring only forwards Dezdrick Lindsay (injured last season) and Oleksandr Kobzystyi only playing in two games with a total of eight minutes return. I would be surprised if Evans isn't in the starting lineup next season. A look at next years players. Shelstad guard Phillips guard Frakes guard Lindsay forward Kobzystyi forward Evans forward Pryor forward Bittle center ??? 1
