That movie was actually probably more realistic than how the Browns in reality run things. Their owner said in '14 that a guy on the street told him to draft Johnny Manziel and he forced his team to do it.
April 26Apr 26 The Browns are beyond bizarre. Yesterday, they picked DG in the 3rd round -- which seemed like a rather solid & reasonable pick. Then today, they trade up and pick Sanders in the 5th. April 27Apr 27 The Browns actually put themselves in a pretty good spot at QB. They can have a legitimate QB competition with DG as the floor and Shaduer as the ceiling. I will say I'm not super high on DG in the NFL. If big play V.A. wasn't good enough for the NFL even as an UDFA then DG has no business being drafted in the 3rd round. Browns might be think Bo Nix 2.0 due to his experience that should make him day 1 ready, but DG is not Bo Nix. I think Will Howard and Shadeur will be the QB steals of the draft.
