2 hours ago2 hr Author Moderator No. There is a well-known saying, “nobody is perfect,” and sadly that even applies to the Oregon Ducks. They lost their first game of the season to the Indiana Hoosiers, which ended their bid for another perfect regular season. It seemed possible after a win over the Penn State Nittany Lions at Beaver Stadium, the No. 2 team in the nation at that point, but that opportunity is gone now. Both the Ducks’ offense and defense played solid at certain points of the game against the Hoosiers, but ultimately, they didn’t do nearly enough to win. There was nothing extremely alarming that will plague the team for the remainder of the season. It was just a lackluster game coming out of the bye week for a young team, who we hope will learn from their mistakes.US LBM Coaches PollOhio State (63)Miami (2)Indiana (1)Texas A&MOle MissAlabamaGeorgiaTexas TechOregonLSUTennesseeGeorgia TechOklahomaBYUNotre DameMissouriTexasVanderbiltVirginiaMemphisUSCUtahSouth FloridaCincinnatiIllinoisCollege football rankings after Week 7: Updated US LBM Coaches Poll, AP Top 25

1 hour ago1 hr Moderator No. An obscure insight into the obvious - Losses by one SEC team to the other do not matter. One loss UW, with its sole loss against No. 1 Ohio State, is not in the top 25? Why is No. 25 Nebraska, with its one loss being at home to Michigan, ranked above UW? Ditto all of the one-loss teams with losses to the team not ranked No. 1?1 loss USC at No. 20? With the loss on the road by three points at No. 26 Illinois. SC is ranked behind a one-loss OK team; SC just blew out a Michigan team that was in the game at one-loss OK into the 4th quarter. The Trojans are behind one-loss Missouri, Vandy, UVA, and USF! USF defeated Boise and Florida. This equals a ranking above SC. Why?Tony Petitti - Do not back off the PO AQ format.
