The Iowa at SC game was the worst possible scenario for OBD. In front of a terrific crowd on a rain-drenched Saturday in LA, SC didn't just win; it authored a thrilling comeback win against a tough-as-nails foe. Hats off to SC, but it looked to me like Iowa wilted after a brutal loss the week prior and a trip to the West Coast.9-4 (13 - 🫢) in Autzen when GameDay is in Eugene. Not bad considering the opposition that helps draw the ESPN crew to Eugene, but not at Dan Lanning's win percentage record at home.Dan, please keep your shirt on! Take the Fight out of the Fight Ons!
Yesterday at 05:34 AM1 day No. Oregon / USC used to be for the champs (or first place) in the pac10/12 many a times. Now it's going to be for making the playoffs and/or positioning in the playoffs. Game Day is nice to draw attention to west coast football. I think the 2025 Ducks have a much higher ceiling than last year's team, and also a lower floor. This team has better athletes and last year's team had more experience, hence fewer errors. As the season wears on, the team is getting that needed experience. We are seeing leadership all over the field and also on special teams too. How the Ducks play will determine how well they are portrayed heading into the playoffs. This would be a great time for a breakout game against a good opponent.
22 hours ago22 hr No. Oh, I hope GD doesn't jinx the Ducks again! It's been hard to determine how good the Ducks are this year (play fast and win big, or play slow and barely win or lose), but this should help with that.I have been impressed with Indiana this year (who would believe it), and they are validating their ranking ... I agree OSU and IU are the top teams. If USC was in the SEC, they would be ranked about 10, but that is the world we live in ...Hopefully all the injured players will find their way back, since we all would like to see USC get crushed!!Go Ducks! Let's win 55-10
