The OU loss is probably helping this along, but the only scenario where I see him leaving is if he loses to Auburn and the Bama administration sees it as a good chance to unload him without paying his buyout. However, in this new CFB environment, nothing surprises me.Penn State Nittany Lions On SISEC Coach Climbing the List of Favorites for Penn State JobPenn State is in the second month of its search to replace James Franklin, who has moved on to Virginia Tech.

Honestly, I'm ready for this silly season to come to an end. It's gotten to the point where it feels like stalking, with family members being tracked visiting their kids on campus. This take is probably not bouncing too high in Bristol. 😁With 9 conference games next season, I think SEC coaches might join Eli and switch to being in favor of the B1G's 16-team, AQ playoff format, including playing the champ game in the final weekend of the regular season.
