After Oregon settled down, the team really started to out physical USC. Causing problems in the run game and their passing game! With the strength of Oregon schedule they should make a title run in the playoffs. They should not see a QB/WR combination this good the rest of the playoffs maybe outside of BAMA/INDIANA. Go Ducks!

Well, if we face Ohio State in the Playoffs....they have a pretty decent QB/Rec group, but your point is well taken. The Trojan receivers are superb, and this was a great experience for our secondary to learn from, and yet still win the game.

You are a new forum member, DuckDuckTruth, (I love the handle name!) and it is great to see you posting often after you became a member. Do continue, as we love to see all new opinions, and I appreciate those who start new topic threads.

No question our DUCKS were more physical and I think it is due to our great depth. Look at the O Line we fielded in the second half. They did not miss a beat. And speaking about depth, how about our receivers for the last three games? They were replacing starters and they have been fabulous. I certainly hope our hurt receivers reenter the fold before the season is over but it might be tough to get the current starters off the field.

We are in a great position with our depth. Having the receivers and offensive line back at 100% I hope is more than a Christmas wish. I would love to be #5 in the CFP.

By the way Happy Holidays to all of you.

OBD's, since the loss to IU have done a very good job of matching or exceeding our opponents physicality.

I felt that the Trojans didnt have much fight left in them after they scored their last touchdown. OBD's pounded the rock and moved downfield to score again to extend the lead back to 14.

It must have been discouraging to the defense and the entire nation of Troy that the Ducks had their 3rd, 4th and 5th players just plug and play. Next man up destroyed USC.

Hats off to all these players for stepping up to win this game. And to DL and staff for coaching them up to meet the challenge!

The ancient grey beards on this Forum know first hand how an injury to just 1 starter could derail a game or season.

Well done OBD's. let's get after the dreaded pack up north.

GO Ducks! And welcome DuckDuckTruth.
