Curt Cignetti's 14-0 Hoosier squad is the No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff. They're disciplined, well-coached and masters of complementary football.

The next round is set.

Friday’s Peach Bowl will feature the Oregon Ducks against the Indiana Hoosiers at 7:30 p.m. ET. Sean McDonough and Greg McElroy are assigned to that matchup.

Oregon is chasing its first ever national title. Under Dan Lanning, the Ducks have a legit chance of heading back to the championship game. However, Indiana continues a historic season highlighted by a Big Ten championship and the program’s first Rose Bowl victory.

Among the four remaining teams, Miami is the only school previously recognized as a national champion by the AP or Coaches’ Poll, ensuring the next title winner will end a drought of at least 24 years or capture its first crown.

Peach Bowl Ticket Update For Oregon Ducks vs. Indiana Hoosiers

The Peach Bowl between the No. 5 Oregon Ducks and No. 1 Indiana Hoosiers is set for Friday, Jan. 9, at 4:30 p.m. PT. The College Football Playoff semifinal matchup will take place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

The No. 5 Oregon Ducks' allotment of Peach Bowl tickets is sold out, which means a sea of green and yellow will be seen inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

On StubHub, the “get in price” in the upper levels and best-priced "standing room only" tickets for Oregon vs. Indiana are currently at $184 per seat. The highest-priced seats in section 113 near the 10-yard line on Indiana's side are at $4,642 per ticket.

Ticket prices start at $237 on VividSeats, $198 on SeatGeek, and $194 on Ticketmaster. Prices in the lower bowl range from $417 all the way to $1,403 on all three sites. One must be ready to break out and dig deep into their wallets to attend and see which school will be playing for a national championship on Monday, Jan. 19, back at Hard Rock Stadium.

Odds shift ahead of Oregon vs Indiana matchup in CFP

Hoosiers remain favored, but the line moves closer

Three days closer to gametime, the point spread has notched down to the Hoosiers -3.5, and the over/under has dropped to 46.5. The Ducks are +150 on the Moneyline, the Big Ten Champion -180.

One factor in the line movement is two key injuries on the Indiana defense. Defensive ends Stephen Daley and Kellan Wyatt will miss the game with a leg and a knee injury. Daley had 19 tackles for loss this season, tops in the Big Ten, and 5.5 sacks.

The first of three mandatory official injury reports is due out this afternoon from both teams.

Indiana boasts secret weapon in Peach Bowl rematch vs Oregon

They don't do dumb stuff," Chris Fallica of Fox Sports said on social media. He notes that in addition to being the top seed in the College Football Playoff, the Cignetti's veteran team leads in several important categories:

2nd fewest Penalty YPG
Lead in TO margin - just 8 TO all season
3rd down defense - 3rd 28%
Lead in 3rd down conversions - 56%

To match them, a team has to be not only talented but play a nearly perfect game. The Hoosiers execute with precision in all three phases, and they are assassins in the fourth quarter.

Sheesh! Their average age on offense is 22.3 years old.

Offense
- Mendoza Year 4
- Hemby Year 5
- Black Year 6
- Nowakowski Year 6
- Sarratt Year 4
- Becker Year 2
- Cooper Year 4
- Evans Year 4
- Smith Year 4
- Lynch Year 4
- Michalski Year 5
- Coogan Year 5
- Benson Year 6
